Dr. Catherine Henderson Dr. Henderson currently consults with a number of large organizations in the private and public sector on strategic planning and executive mentorship. She serves on a number of boards in both public and private organizations.
A former Chief Information Officer, Community Services I & IT Cluster, Government of Ontario, Dr. Henderson was responsible for IT strategy, implementation, architecture and planning for seven ministries in the Government of Ontario: Ministries of Education; Training, Colleges and Universities; Citizenship; Tourism and Recreation; Municipal Affairs and Housing; Intergovernmental Affairs and, Culture
Mr. Gordon Gow Mr. Gow is currently President of Gordon W. Gow & Associates, through which he consults companies on high-technology projects, mentors young companies, and secures capital for new enterprises.
In 1988, Mr. Gow began a six-year secondment with the Ontario Provincial Government, where he served as Deputy Minister of Industry, Trade & Technology, Assistant Deputy Minister of Trade & Investment and President & CEO of Ontario International Incorporated (a Crown Corporation). Among his responsibilities was presiding over a five-year, $1 billion technology development fund and leading the Ontario Government's international tradePolicy development initiatives.
Mr. Bob Horwood Mr. Horwood has an extensive background in Information Technology and broad entrepreneurial experience. He was the co-founder and President of Computel Systems Ltd., Canada's first Information Technology stock to be listed on the TSE. When Computel was acquired by Royal Trust, he became its Vice-President, Information Systems and continued as President of Computel.
Mr. Horwood also served as the Executive Vice President for ITAC Canada and President of ITAC Ontario.
Mr. Chris Bishop Mr. Bishop operates Public Sector Research Inc., a market research company that provides information regarding Information Technology in the Federal and Ontario Governments to the IT vendor community.
Mr. Bishop also undertakes assignments for technology companies in the area of strategic planning, marketing, market research and partner development. He is a Past National President of the Canadian Information Processing Society.
Mr. Jacob Blum Mr. Blum is currently the Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development for Ornge (formerly Ontario Air Ambulance). Mr. Blum oversees the corporate functions of Ornge including communications and legal affairs.
Prior to joining Ornge, Mr. Blum served as Public Sector strategic advisor at SAP Canada.
